Renewals
Subscription renewals are due in
February and will cover the May and November issues. New subscriptions are
welcome anytime of the year. Please note that anyone subscribing to the journal
after May will receive the May issue with their subscription, and the next
issue posted in November. Renewals will then be due the following February.
New subscriptions received after November will cover issues for the following
year. Currently there are no facilities for MasterCard, Visa or other credit
cards.
