QAPS Membership: What does it offer?
Through involvement in philosophy cafés, regular network meetings, professional development events and online forums, QAPS will provide you with multiple opportunities to network with like-minded colleagues, engage in collaborative dialogue with other teachers and professionals, gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills to enhance classroom practice or simply enjoy coffee and a chat.
As members of QAPS, you will be able to take advantage of free entry or discounted prices to all QAPS events and special discounts on professional development and training. Members also have access to an Online Discussion Forum to share ideas, ask questions and network with colleagues from all over Queensland. You will receive a quarterly online newsletter with information on philosophy in schools in Queensland, upcoming QAPS events and a continually updated resource list.
